Scheduling Appointments
The first step towards a beautiful, healthy smile is to schedule an appointment! You can use our online appointment request form or contact our office by phone at (858) 485-5925 to schedule your first appointment or free consultation. Please do not use the appointment request form to change or cancel any current appointments, call our office directly.
Payment Options
For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, money orders, and most major credit cards. Payment is expected at the time services are performed. Feel free to contact our office if your treatment plan requires more comprehensive dental work and you want to discuss financial arrangements.

Dental Insurance
We are a participating provider with the following PPO insurance companies. Please contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. We do not participate in Health Management Organizations(HMO); however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist. We look forward to hearing from you!
